Damhnait “Laughter” (Independent)

The first thing I wondered about after listening to the first seconds of this EP was: What the hell does this have to be related to laughter? Answer, I am still looking forward to finding the response. I consider it would be too irresponsible to label their music as Black Metal only since it has some other musical ideas that coexist with the BM elements that are being played here. It is more than BM, Promise, for example, is a kind of chant accompanied by some chords simple and plane riff mixed with a sample of what I consider is the musical background of Kubrick’s Eyes wide shut’s black mass scene, but, even when theoretically this would be boring, it is not at all, believe me. Laughter brings us three tracks, only, and it is worth to give it a chance. I know what I am saying.
