From the first moment, after having seen the cover of this release, I got the idea of listening to something really specific: raw and cold Black Metal. I must be honest I guessed in some way, it is a Black Metal band, or one-man band, it is cold too, but I do not know if calling it raw would be correct. Probably if I focused on the way this production was mixed I could say it is raw, indeed, although this does not necessarily mean it matches my expectations. Ishjerte presents us seven tracks which are entitled the same way the production is, but adding it the particles: part 1 to 7 (very imaginative, huh?) an, even though it is labeled as Atmospheric, to be honest, I do not find it too much of it. I may say it has some parts into first wave of BM, others that are more melodic, all of them with a very specific characteristic:acid guitars and a music volume of the instrumentation that is basically banished by the vocals, harsh and desperate Black Metal screams full of distortion. I may say there are kind of interesting passages, but they are minimum.
