I got engaged when seeing this album’s cover, a kind of vision of how the world is going to end up due to the natural destructive behavior mankind has and developed over the years, all of this embodied in the word that entitles the production: Violence. When playing Buried, this album’s opener, I got impressed and caught to keep listening since I found a well played melodic Death Metal with some references to At the Gates and Hypocrisy, but with cutty parts, so I thought Ok, this sounds quite interesting. While the album goes on, I still find some of this sound, but mixed with more modern influences, probably bands like Slipknot (musically talking) or similar (I don’t know much about that, honestly), but there is a constant: a good execution. Although the nine tracks Violence brings us do not have, in my humble opinion, a summit, a track that takes you to insanity, this is a good production.
