Nazgul Rising “Cycles of Primal Chaos” (Independent)

I was quite impressed from the first moment I got into this band. Professionalism is maybe the word that comes to mind when referring to this production. Well written and played Symphonic Black Metal, with the right songs order to keep you listening from beginning to end, correct transitions and changes, the usage of different types of vocals is just perfect in everything: execution, fitting the correct momentums in the tracks; the keyboards let you know they are present, but they do not overtake the music, the mix of the production is great and the cover is just excellent. I cannot go song by song through the whole trip the twelve tracks that this production brings because I feel there may be aspects I could forget mentioning, but overall, due to the fact that the entire production deserves mentioning what it is, a great production! If you love this genre and you are in bands like Dimmu Borgir or Emperor, this is for you. Believe me, you won’t regret.
